| Do You Provide Tracking Numbers? |

After you place an order, we are gathering the goods and are packing them and they are being sent to the USPS post office for delivery. We receive Tracking/Confirmation numbers within 2-7 business days from the day the order was originally placed. We will then send you an email stating that your package has been shipped. At the same time we have already added the tracking number to your order information. You will have to log in to the site to see your order information or click the link in the email. |

| What is the Return Policy? |

Here at footwork warehouse we will do our best to complete your transaction without any complications. If we make a mistake with your transaction by sending you the wrong item or size, you can send it back to us within 7 days; we will send you your correct item. You must e-mail us as soon as you receive the item. The item must be in brand new condition. Unfortunately, we cannot ship out the new items until we have received the items from you. If further problems occur with your order, please e-mail us to discuss the issue further. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn or if the tags have been removed.
Shipping and Returns Shoes will be delivered via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Please allow approximately 2 weeks to receive your items. All packages must be signed for. If no one is home, your local post office will hold your package until you claim it. Shoes must be picked up from the Post Office in 5 business days. Footworkwarehouse is not responsible for packages not claimed and returned to us.
Footwork warehouse DOES NOT accept returns/exchanges for the following reasons:
- Slight difference in color.
- Lighting of the picture may make the item appear a different shade of color
- Item does not fit even if you recieved the correct size.
- Customer does not want or like the shoe
- Package is returned back to our supplier because customer did not pick up/sign for the item
Footwork warehouse DOES accept refunds/returns/exchanges for the following reasons:
- Customer recieves the completely wrong item/style/color
- Customer recieves a different size than ordered
- Item is out of stock
We do not cover shipping charges on an item that is sent back to us. |

We guarantee that our customers will receive exactly what is shown in the pictures. Footworkwarehouse is not responsible for minor color discrepancies due to the lighting of the pictures. The pictures are taken of the actual shoes that are in stock. What you see is indeed what you will get. Any slight differences in color are the result of picture lighting and not defective quality. |
